What you choose to share.

An enquiry can include your email address, name and anything you write to us. A request for product updates includes your email address; any additional name or family-stage information is optional. Please do not include medical records or detailed health information.

The Contact page prepares a draft in your email app. Its message fields are not submitted to Airplus from that page. We receive the message when you send the email.

Why we use it.

We use enquiries to answer questions and manage the conversation. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and operating our business. Where an enquiry concerns steps towards a contract, processing may also be necessary for those steps.

Product update emails rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to stop or using an unsubscribe link where provided. An ordinary enquiry does not give permission for marketing. We may also retain information where needed to meet a legal obligation.

The services behind the website.

The website is hosted using Google Firebase Hosting and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. These providers receive connection information, such as an IP address, as part of delivering their services. Email and form-delivery services may handle information you submit as part of delivering your request. The website’s waitlist form uses Formspree for submission. Read Formspree’s privacy information for its handling of submissions. Service providers may process information outside the UK; their published notices describe locations and applicable transfer arrangements.

The public pages do not currently load optional advertising or visitor analytics scripts. See Manage Cookies for the browser storage used by this website.

How long information is needed.

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and any relevant follow-up. Product update details are needed while you wish to receive updates. If you withdraw consent, a limited record may be needed to honour that choice.

Relevant correspondence may need to be kept longer to meet legal obligations or address a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and circumstances; you can ask us about information relating to you.

Your choices and rights.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive information in a portable form. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.
