Airplus / Manage Cookies
A little less tracking.
A little more choice.
You should be able to understand what a website remembers. Here is what this public site uses, what it does not, and how to manage your choice.
Take a closer lookYour browser preferences.
The public website does not currently load optional analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing you need to accept to read these pages. You can save an essential-only preference below or remove a previously saved choice.

Optional analytics & advertising

Optional tracking is not enabled.
What the website remembers.
When you choose “Accept essential only” or “Use essential only”, we save that preference in this browser’s local storage. This small record is called ap_cookie_choice. It contains the choice and the date it was saved; it does not contain your name or email address.
Pages you choose to save are kept as titles and local page addresses in ap_saved_pages, up to 50 pages. You can remove them from Saved pages. They stay in this browser and are not sent to Airplus. Session storage remembers when this tab first opened the site and whether the save reminder has appeared. The home-screen web app also keeps a small offline notice in its browser cache; it does not download saved pages. Clearing website data removes these records.
The record remains until you reset it here or clear this website’s data in your browser. It is specific to this browser and website address, so another device or browser has its own storage.
What is not switched on.
These public pages do not set advertising cookies or load the Airplus visitor analytics script. Saving or resetting your choice here does not turn either on. If optional tracking is introduced in the future, the explanation and controls will need to reflect it.
Saving essential-only also clears older Airplus visitor and session identifiers, if they are present in this browser. It does not delete information you have already sent by email or a form. For that, contact us.
Cookies and storage, in plain language.
A cookie is a small piece of information a website can ask your browser to keep. Local storage is another way of remembering information in that browser. The name of the technology does not, by itself, tell you whether it is necessary or private. What it is used for matters.
The UK Information Commissioner explains that rules about storage cover technologies beyond cookies. Read the ICO explanation ↗
You remain in control.
You can also remove stored website data using your browser’s privacy settings. If your browser blocks storage, these pages still work; we simply cannot remember a choice between visits.
The website loads fonts from Google and is delivered through Firebase Hosting. Those services receive technical connection information when a page loads; clearing a saved preference does not undo a network request. Our Privacy policy explains this distinction and how to raise a question.
