For a quick answer, Good Questions covers the basics, including availability and the limits of monitoring. ALEX is still in pre-launch, so there are details we cannot confirm yet. We will be clear about those.

For press enquiries, please include your publication, the subject you are covering and any deadline. For partnership or research enquiries, a short introduction and a link to your work are helpful.

We would rather begin with a useful conversation than a long presentation. A few sentences about the connection you see are enough to get started.

Please avoid sending medical records or sensitive information about your family. We can discuss the product and our work, but we cannot assess symptoms, interpret a medical situation or provide emergency support.

For privacy requests, choose “Privacy and my information” above and tell us what you need. You do not need to send identification documents with your first message. Our Privacy policy explains your options.
